2. What are your delivery times?

  • Answer: We offer the fastest delivery times in the city, starting from 20 minutes depending on the zone. Our delivery hours are from 9 AM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, and from 11 AM to 6:30 PM on Sunday.

3. How do I place an order for delivery?

4. Is there a delivery fee?

  • Answer: Delivery is free for orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50). For orders below this amount, a small delivery fee may apply.

  • Answer: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status and location of your delivery in real-time.

  • Answer: To receive a delivery, you must:

    • Be 19 years or older.

    • Provide a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.

    • Be present at the delivery location to receive your order.

8. How do you ensure the quality and safety of products during delivery?

  • Answer: All products are securely packaged to maintain freshness and prevent damage. Our delivery team follows strict safety and hygiene protocols to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

9. Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?

  • Answer: Yes, you can request a specific delivery time during checkout. While we strive to accommodate all requests, please note that exact delivery times may vary based on demand and traffic conditions.

10. What payment methods do you accept for delivery orders?

  • Answer: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for online payments. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery.

11. What happens if I miss my delivery?

  • Answer: If you miss your delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be returned to the store, and you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery time. Additional delivery fees may apply.

12. Do you offer same-day delivery?

  • Answer: Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 8 PM, subject to availability and location.

1. Is 1922 licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)?

  • Answer: Yes, 1922 Cannabis and Delivery is fully licensed by the AGCO. We hold a Retail Operator License, Cannabis Retail Manager License, and Retail Store Authorization. These licenses ensure we comply with all provincial regulations and operate legally within Ontario.

2. What is the legal age to buy cannabis in Ontario?

  • Answer: You must be 19 years or older to buy, use, possess, and grow recreational cannabis in Ontario. We are required by law to ID anyone who appears to be younger.

3. How much cannabis can I purchase at one time?

  • Answer: Ontario law allows you to purchase up to 30 grams of dried cannabis (or equivalent) at one time. This includes:

    • 5 grams of fresh cannabis

    • 15 grams of edibles

    • 70 grams of liquid products

    • 0.25 grams of concentrates

    • 1 cannabis plant seed
