This initiative aims to expunge non-violent cannabis charges from Canadians' records, advocating for fairness and equity within the legal system.

The donation marks a pivotal moment in the industry's movement towards social justice, with 100% of the proceeds from the partnership's summer capsule collection dedicated to this cause. The collection, which includes shirts, shorts, and bucket hats, features designs that highlight the campaign’s commitment to change. Every item was generously provided by Ace Valley and sold at the 1922 shop, located at Richmond and Sherbourne, during Summer 2021.

In an effort to further involve the community, the line also showcased the work of local artisans, including Toronto’s own Bather, who produced the shorts. The campaign not only raised funds but also promoted a crucial message about the need for equity in the Canadian cannabis landscape. A comprehensive digital activation and customer education campaign supported the initiative, placing Cannabis Amnesty’s mission at the forefront of the conversation.
